**General Description:**

Our water-based vinyl adhesive is ready-to-use and intended for the wood industry. It guarantees high water resistance, complying with D3-EN 204-205 specifications and the WATT 91 method. It can be used hot or cold for a variety of applications, from laminated and blockboard production to window frames, doors, windows, and much more.

**Main Features:**

- Nature: Aqueous dispersion based on acetovinyl resins

- Appearance: Viscous fluid, milky white color

- Brookfield Viscosity at 20°C: 17,000 +/- 2000 mPas

- pH: 3 +/- 0.5

- Appearance of the dry adhesive film: Slightly opalescent

**Terms of Employment:**

- Temperature of glue, materials, environment: 18-20°C

- Wood moisture: 8-12%

**Typical Applications:**

- Laminated and blockboard panels

- Frames, doors and windows

- Bonding of decorative plastic laminates on wooden substrates

- Finishing of panels with impregnated papers

- Vinyl gluing of veneers

**Helpful Tips for Use:**

- Adequate dosage to avoid excesses or deficiencies

- Surfaces to be glued must be free from dust or anti-adhesive substances

- Humidity and temperature control during gluing

- Cleaning tools with warm water

- Water resistance achieved after approximately 7 days at room temperature

**Storage:**

Store in the original closed packaging, in a temperate environment (+5 +30°C) for 12 months stability.
