All use of this site occurs only by registered users who have previously:
- Having read the relevant Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy, as per current legislation (Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments)
- Having read the General Conditions of Sale applied to purchases of goods on the website www.hbushop.it;
- Completed the mandatory registration on the site as indicated in this document.
The “Site” www.hbushop.it is designed and managed by the company SI Sviluppo e Investimenti srl, with headquarters in Via Antonello da Messina SNC, CAP 98049 Villafranca Tirrena - email info@hbushop.it - tel +39 0903352922.

Registration on the site is permitted only to persons of legal age.
ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS
The www.hbushop.it portal aims to sell DIY and home improvement products online through the www.hbushop.it portal. It is therefore necessary to better specify the terms used in these General Conditions of Sale to facilitate user understanding.
“Visitor”: is someone who browses the portal without having registered, without having created an account, or without ever having made a purchase on the portal;
“Registered User” / “User”: is someone who has created an Account on the portal, and therefore has their own Username and password but has never purchased one;
ARTICLE 2 - REGISTRATION ON THE SITE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Visitors wishing to purchase one or more products on the www.hbushop.it portal must first register to create a dedicated area. Registration is free. Visitors must then complete the required fields (name, surname, full billing address, shipping address if different from the billing address, telephone number) along with the relevant password and email address. They must enter real and accurate information to ensure delivery of the goods and enter active and working email addresses to receive communications regarding their orders from www.hbushop.it.
The user must copy and paste the code in the account activation email to finalize and authenticate the registration and then make purchases. www.hbushop.it will send a registration confirmation email to the email address provided. The user can change their details at any time directly from their control panel.
The user guarantees that the registration credentials provided during the site registration process are complete, accurate, and truthful. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details for the reserved area to prevent the misappropriation of sensitive data by others. The user agrees to directly inform customer service if they suspect or become aware of any misuse or disclosure of their personal data. The user agrees to indemnify www.hbushop.it from any liability for damages, compensation, or penalties arising from and/or in any way related to violations of the site registration rules.
Upon registration, visitors must read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the General Terms and Conditions of Use in order to complete their registration. Registered users may view these terms and conditions as well as the general terms and conditions of use at any time.
A visitor will not be able to create a personal account and proceed with purchases unless they have first read and accepted the general conditions of sale and use.
The language available to users for the conclusion of the contract is Italian, so customer service will communicate with users in the same language.
Only one registration per user is allowed. Multiple registrations will be deleted.
A Consumer user who is also a Professional user is required to create two separate accounts.
The user may request the cancellation of their account by contacting customer service directly.
By accepting these General Conditions of Sale, the user agrees to receive commercial and promotional offers from www.hbushop.it.
By accepting the General Conditions of Sale and Use, the user also accepts that, should he/she use the services offered in an illicit manner (massive or too frequent purchases, failure to collect purchased products more than twice consecutively), www.hbushop.it may deactivate the account and refuse or cancel orders from: (i) users with whom it has an ongoing legal dispute, (ii) users who have violated these General Conditions of Use and the General Conditions of Sale, (iii) users who have been involved in fraud of any kind and, in particular, fraud relating to credit card payments, (iv) users who have provided false, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate identification data.
Reserving the right to inform the competent authorities in the event of any criminal and/or civil liability.

ARTICLE 3 - PURCHASE ORDER, CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT, ORDER STATUS, RETENTION OF TITLE
After free registration on the site, the online system compiles the order based on the registered user's choices, detailing the items ordered, clearly indicating the price of the items and any discounts, detailing the shipping costs and payment method. An order confirmation email will be sent containing a summary of the order (price per individual product, quantity, payment method, shipping costs, order date, link to the terms and conditions of sale and use). The customer is informed and views the order, which is sent to their email address.
The contract is deemed concluded when the user submits the order to www.hbushop.it, subject to verification of payment and the accuracy of the order information. If a product is unavailable for reasons not directly related to the service offered by www.hbushop.it, our staff will endeavor to offer a similar product.
Once the goods are handed over to the courier, they will contact the customer regarding delivery.
Customers can download accounting documents (copies of invoices) by logging into their account. The invoice validates the product warranty and allows customers to have a legally valid tax document at all times. The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the user when placing the order through the website, which the user guarantees is true and accurate. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued. The user agrees to indemnify and hold www.hbushop.it harmless from any damages it may suffer, including any penalties, should the information provided by the user through the website for the invoice be incorrect.
The system provides a personal, temporary archive that customers can use to view past orders and their invoices. If the invoice is not available in their account, they can always request one by contacting customer service directly.
Ownership of the products will transfer to the user upon receipt, meaning the moment the Product is collected. The risk of loss or damage to the products, for reasons not attributable to www.hbushop.it, will instead pass to the user when the user, or a third party designated by the user and other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the Products.
In any case, www.hbushop.it reserves the right of ownership of the Products until the full amount due has been paid.
ARTICLE 4 - PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The technical data sheets and details for each product on the site are provided directly by our suppliers. Therefore, www.hbushop.it declines all responsibility for any errors and/or inaccuracies and/or discrepancies between the descriptions and the actual product. The photos included for each product are indicative and not contractual; therefore, they may not match in color, size, or accessories.
The images of the products on the site are original photographs and are intended for illustrative purposes only. Photographs, texts, PDFs, graphics, information, and features reproduced and illustrating the products are not contractual.
www.hbushop.it cannot be held responsible, where applicable, for errors or omissions in any of the photos, text, graphics, information, or product features, or for changes to product specifications by suppliers. Product prices published on our website are in euros and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will always be indicated in the purchase order and calculated by the system based on the weight and size of the product, regardless of delivery location in Italy.
The prices of the items visible on the site may be subject to periodic changes based on the adjustments of our suppliers' price lists and/or material errors in insertion/typing.
Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
The products offered comply with current Italian legislation and applicable standards in Italy and Europe.
www.hbushop.it reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time and/or remove or publish any material and/or content. It also reserves the right to modify and/or remove any form of promotion. Please note that the offers published on the website are for a limited time and with limited quantities of products.
ARTICLE 5 - STORAGE OF PRODUCTS
On each product sheet, you can view the availability of the Product according to the following terminology: “Available”: the Product, at the time it is displayed, is available in our warehouses.
If the product is no longer available due to unspecified unavailability, www.hbushop.it will notify the user by email, who will be entitled to immediately terminate the contract. If payment has already been made, www.hbushop.it will promptly refund the amount paid by the user and any other costs incurred in fulfilling the order. Termination of the purchase contract pursuant to this paragraph will also terminate any associated credit agreement.
ARTICLE 6 - PACKAGING AND PACKING
The goods are inspected and packaged in suitable packaging to ensure perfect and undamaged delivery. Bulky and/or heavy goods are placed on wooden pallets to reduce the risk of breakage during transport.
In any case, the goods leave the warehouses of www.hbushop.it, or from affiliated warehouses, in excellent condition, intact and checked.
Users are advised that the courier may also damage the contents of the package or packages. It is mandatory to check the condition of the packaging upon acceptance of the goods, and in particular:
- that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of an ordinary package;
- that the number of packages (number of parcels) indicated on the transport document and in the email summarizing the contents of the order corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.
Any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier. Otherwise, the product is considered delivered intact and properly packaged. In case of doubt, and to ensure a fast and efficient after-sales service, please accept the package by signing "with specific reservation" and specifying the reasons. Without a written reservation, no claims for damage to the goods will be accepted.
www.hbushop.it declines all responsibility for theft, shortages, breakages, or damage. Users who accept goods without reporting any issues upon delivery will not be able to request replacement, repair, or compensation, as www.hbushop.it cannot be held responsible for transportation.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
www.hbushop.it delivers products exclusively within Italy via trusted couriers.
The average delivery time is between 2 and 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays (excluding islands, remote locations, and made-to-order products). The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and non-binding, and do not depend on the will of www.hbushop.it. They will also be indicated in the purchase order, as well as on the product sheet.
www.hbushop.it cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays due to third-party actions and/or force majeure.
The delivery obligation is deemed fulfilled by the transfer of physical possession or, in any case, control of the products by the user.
Deliveries are made to street level only; we do not make deliveries by appointment.
The user acknowledges that the collection of the Product is his specific obligation and is at his sole expense.
When ordering, the customer agrees to enter a correct postal address and/or verify any errors before confirming the order. Any impediments and/or special conditions related to access to the delivery address must be indicated by the customer in the purchase order via a specific email to customer service.
The user receives an email from www.hbushop.it when the goods are packaged and ready for collection by the courier. The courier sends a text message or email to allow tracking of the shipment. Users can track their shipment by accessing their personal area and selecting "View your orders" - track your package. Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers' warehouses, who do not use Bartolini and do not provide tracking numbers.
ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, unless otherwise specified. In the event of separate deliveries of multiple products ordered by the customer and forming part of a single purchase order, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within the fourteenth day following receipt of the last product ordered.
In compliance with current legislation, withdrawal may be made by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the headquarters of www.hbushop.it, as indicated in the preface, or by equivalent means (e.g., certified email). The withdrawal may be made in advance using the appropriate form, also sent by email to info@hbushop.it .
If the right of withdrawal is correctly exercised, we will refund the amount due within 14 calendar days of receiving the notification and after inspecting the item. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the order confirmation.
www.hbushop.it declines all responsibility for any delays in crediting your account, whether caused by the bank, credit card, or other payment method used.
The cost, methods, and responsibilities for returning goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Withdrawal does not entitle you to a full refund of the price if the Product is not returned substantially intact, such as, for example, in the cases indicated below: - missing original packaging (it is therefore advisable to keep the original product packaging at least until the deadline for exercising the withdrawal); - missing integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, shelves, screws, instruction manuals, etc.); - products handled after delivery; - furniture delivered disassembled but even partially assembled by the customer; - damage.
By way of example but not limited to, pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right cannot be exercised in the event of:
- Custom-made goods;
- Clearly personalized goods;
- Goods that cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The shipment, until the goods are received in our warehouse, is the customer's responsibility.
www.hbushop.it unico may withhold the refund until the products are received or until the user demonstrates that they have returned the products.
Please note: If the right of withdrawal is not exercised in accordance with applicable law, it will not result in termination of the contract and, consequently, will not entitle you to any refund.
www.hbushop.it will notify the user by email within 5 business days of receiving the product, rejecting the withdrawal request. The product will remain at www.hbushop.it 's headquarters, available for collection by the user, at the user's expense and responsibility. This does not apply to Professional Customers, as they do not enjoy the prerogatives set forth in the Consumer Code.
For opened, non-functioning, or defective merchandise, the product must be returned to the Service Centers. Each product page contains a link that takes you directly to the Service Centers' contact information.
The www.hbushop.it stores located throughout Italy cannot accept returns of Products purchased on the Site.
ARTICLE 9 - PAYMENT METHODS
The portal uses the secure payment service Credit Cards: (Visa, Mastercard, Postepay) our payment page is a secure payment page in encrypted https format.
We use VeriSign Secured // Verified Visa // Mastercard Secured certified banking companies. To purchase one or more products with a credit card, select the type of credit card you wish to use to make the purchase and follow the instructions.
Paypal: to make online purchases simply by entering your email address and password without entering your card number or other personal information. By clicking on the Paypal icon, you will be redirected to the Paypal portal page, where you will pay for the products according to the established and regulated procedure by PayPal and the terms and conditions agreed upon by you with Paypal. If paying via Paypal, the amount due will be debited by Paypal upon completion of the online contract. In the event of cancellation of the purchase contract or in any other case of refund, for any reason, the refund will be credited to your Paypal account. Refund times depend exclusively on Paypal and the banking system; www.hbushop.it cannot therefore be held responsible for any omissions. For any disputes, please contact Paypal directly.
Some electronic payment methods available on the site (such as PayPal or other digital payment services) can be managed through payment accounts held by third-party companies or affiliated companies responsible for managing collections. This method does not entail any changes for the customer: sales, invoicing, order fulfillment, after-sales support, and all commercial responsibility remain exclusively with the company listed as the seller on this site.
The customer retains all rights provided by current consumer protection legislation, regardless of the payment account used for collection. Payments via bank transfer or cash on delivery are collected directly by the selling company.

www.hbushop.it undertakes to correct any errors in the product descriptions offered on the site as quickly as possible, upon notification. Such errors can be reported by clicking the "Contact Us" link on the home page. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
www.hbushop.it is not responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from improper installation and/or use of the product and/or use that does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions, nor for damages resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
ARTICLE 12 LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
All products purchased on the www.hbushop.it portal benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity as required by current EU and national legislation. Consumers can specifically benefit from the guarantee provided for in the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) as set forth in Articles 128-135 under Title III – LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND COMMERCIAL GUARANTEES FOR CONSUMER GOODS, to which express reference is made.
Italian law defines a Consumer as someone who purchases and uses goods for personal purposes, and a Professional as someone who purchases products for professional use.
Below, each individual's rights and how to enjoy these guarantees are explained in more detail.
Guarantees for the Consumer Customer.
The seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods. The lack of conformity must be reported to the seller, under penalty of forfeiture of the warranty, within two months of the date it was discovered. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to have the goods restored, free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, as provided for in Article 130 of the Consumer Code.
The consumer may ask the seller, at his discretion, to repair the goods or replace them free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other.
Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any defects of conformity that become apparent within six months of delivery of the product already existed on that date, unless this assumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the defect of conformity.
To exercise the legal guarantee right, the user must provide proof of the date of purchase and delivery of the goods. It is therefore advisable to always keep the purchase receipt/invoice, as well as the shipping and delivery confirmation documents.
Products repaired, modified, or altered in any way by the user are excluded from the legal guarantee. Any faults, malfunctions, or other defects resulting from accidental events or from liability attributable to the user or from non-compliant use of the product are also excluded.
In the event of termination of the contract, www.hbushop.it undertakes to refund the price paid, plus shipping costs and any additional costs. In the event of a price reduction, this will be agreed upon in advance between the parties, and www.hbushop.it will subsequently refund the agreed amount in the manner and manner agreed upon.
www.hbushop.it will direct the customer to the manufacturer's service center if the customer chooses to repair or replace the product.
Guarantees for the Professional Customer.
Professionals may only benefit from the warranty for defects in the item sold pursuant to Article 1495 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. For example, this warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the defect must be reported within 8 days of its discovery. We therefore encourage professional users to contact customer service for any further assistance.
