Shipping Rules:
Shipments are usually made within 1 business day of receiving payment.
All shipments are trackable and express. The courier used is BRT.
Once the shipment has been entrusted to the courier, an automatic email will be sent to the registered email address with the tracking details and the courier used.
Cash on delivery shipping will have a €5 surcharge.
In the event of operational difficulties for the branch responsible for delivery, or if delivery to the specified address is impossible, the goods may be delivered to a nearby collection point (Fermopoint, Access Point, Post Office, Locker, etc.). The decision will be made exclusively by the Carrier responsible for transportation, based on their own assessments. The Company cannot comment on the merits of the decision-making process or challenge its actions.
Shipping delays (in the event of unavailable goods) will be communicated to the buyer immediately.
