- High-performance bi-metal hole saws
- Variable tooth design (4/6 teeth per inch), with a 10° angle allows for: Faster, more aggressive cuts. Heat dissipation during cutting for less tooth wear. Special tooth design reduces the tendency to bind on thinner materials. The special tooth design reduces the tendency to seize. Requires less pressure - This result is achieved thanks to the combination of aggressive tooth geometry and good chip ejection.
- Tooth composition. Matrix II steel composition containing 8% cobalt maintains tooth integrity even in the most demanding applications. Bi-Metal construction - steel teeth are laser-welded to an alloy steel body. The teeth are hardened to 65 HRC metal at a temperature of 600°C for maximum durability. Due to the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these hole saws are ideal for cutting materials such as stainless steel and soft materials like wood.
- Robust core with a thickness of 1.27 mm, guarantees the right balance between rigidity and elasticity during application. Cutting depth 41 mm.
- Bottom. The 5 mm thick steel bottom significantly reduces vibration and prevents the hole saw from expanding. Excellent concentricity ensures excellent performance, especially for larger diameters.
- Large side access area for quick and easy material removal.
- Thanks to their robust construction and perfect rotation, these hole saws are suitable not only with cordless and corded tools, but can sometimes be used with stationary equipment.
