- Variable tooth design (4/6 teeth per inch), with a 10° angle allows for: Faster, more aggressive cuts. Heat dissipation during cutting for less tooth wear. - Tooth composition. Matrix II steel composition containing 8% cobalt maintains tooth integrity even in the most demanding applications. Bi-Metal construction - steel teeth are laser-welded to an alloy steel body. The teeth are hardened to 65 HRC metal at a temperature of 600°C for maximum durability. Due to the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these hole saws are ideal for cutting materials such as stainless steel and soft materials like wood.
- Robust core with a thickness of 1.27 mm, guarantees the right balance between rigidity and elasticity during application. Cutting depth 41 mm.
- Bottom. The 5 mm thick steel bottom significantly reduces vibration and prevents the hole saw from expanding. Excellent concentricity ensures excellent performance, especially for larger diameters.
- Large side access area for quick and easy material removal.
