Vinyl glue for the wood industry, ready to use and highly water-resistant, compliant with EN 204-205 standards and the WATT 91 method. Available in the following formats: 0.25L, 0.5L, 1L, 5L.

Certifications:

• Tensile shear strength on EN 205:2003 bonds - Class D3.

Strengths:

• Non-toxic and 100% GREEN .
• Produced at zero km , using renewable energy .
• Transparent film once dried.
• UV protection included.

Product Features:

• Type: Aqueous dispersion based on vinyl acetate resins.
• Appearance: Viscous, milky white fluid.
• Viscosity: 17,000 +/- 2000 mPas (Brookfield at 20°C).
• pH: 3 +/- 0.5.
• Ideal temperature for use: 18-20°C.
• Ideal wood humidity: 8-12%.

Typical Applications:

• Laminated and blockboard panels .
• Frames, doors and windows .
• Bonding decorative plastic laminates to wooden substrates.
• Finishing of panels with impregnated papers.
• Vinyl gluing of veneers .
• High frequency bonding .

Adhesive Features:

• Good adhesive power even on exotic hardwoods.
• It can be used both hot and cold.

Conditions of Employment:

• Ideal room and material temperature: 18-20°C.
• Variable pressing time (25-60 minutes for solids, 45-50 seconds for rapid cycle at 70°C).

Helpful Tips:

• Apply to clean surfaces free from oil, grease or paraffin.
• Avoid excessively low temperatures during application.
• Use stainless steel or plastic tools to avoid contamination.
• Store in a cool, dry place (+5°C - +30°C), stable for 12 months.

Warnings:

• Request the safety data sheet before use.
• Do not modify the product formula. A minimal amount of water can be tolerated if the viscosity is high.
