850ml Spray Mastic type Bostik ELEFIX7610

• ELEfix 7610 Spray is a solvent-based adhesive, suitable for bonding upholstery foams to themselves, wood, metals and plastics.
• It can be applied either as a single coat or on both surfaces to be joined.
• Elefix 7610 Spray is composed of SBS rubber, synthetic resins and a blend of organic solvents; it is a low-viscosity liquid, suitable for spray application.
• Application surfaces must be clean and dry, free from dust and grease.
  Apply the adhesive with a spray equipment with a 1.5 - 2 mm nozzle.
• Pressure of 2 bar on both surfaces to be joined.
• In case of single-sided application, the parts must be coupled almost immediately after spraying, applying light pressure.
• With double-sided application, coupling and pressing must be completed within a time period of between 30' and 60'.
• The second method provides higher initial strength values, so it is preferable in cases where the bonds are subjected to tension immediately after the parts are joined.
• Consumption: Approximately 250 g/m2 with the double-sided application method, 300 g/m2 with the single-coat method. The product remains stable for 12 months in the sealed container. Store in a dry place, preferably at temperatures between +5° and +25°C.
